Leadership Center

The Center went into operation in October 2006 and focuses on actions designed to develop the profile of the Votorantim Leader. It operates in four subject areas: strategic management, operational excellence, organizational behavior, and personal excellence.

The Leadership Center is organized into three schools

• Training School
• Consolidation School
• School of Challenges

The content covered under each school's program was conceived to address the common VID management training practices, to meet the demands of each stage of the leaders' careers, and to focus on specific business challenges.

Technical Centers

The Centers seek not only to prepare professionals in the technical skills that are critical to Votorantim, but also promote knowledge management and bridge the gap between theory and practice in Votorantim's operations.
