Votorantim has an Ombudsman channel available to receive, analyze and answer questions related to the Code of Conduct. This channel can be accessed by the internal and external public.
The Ombudsman is impartial and transparent and guarantees confidentiality in relation to all the information provided, preserving the identity of those involved and helping to promote a better environment for all.
The Ombudsman channel can be contacted to answer questions related to the Code of Conduct, as well as making complaints about the violation of this Code, such as corruption or any other unethical conduct or procedure.
All the complaints received by Votorantim will be handled in strictest confidence. No retaliation will be permitted against anyone reporting concern in good faith.
The matters raised through the Ombudsman channel will be analyzed by the Conduct Committees which are made up of members of the Group´s senior management. These Committees operate with integrity and focus and aim to find solutions to the situations presented to them, providing an answer to the user, whether anonymous or not, through a password created when the complaint is made.
